Booking

Initially, you will be required to complete a Booking Form, telephonically.  In order to secure your appointment, we will request a non-refundable deposit of R3 000.00.
Once the deposit is received, we will send you a Timetable - with all the relevant appointment and testing dates - together with various questionnaires and forms to be completed. 
These must be brought to the school when the parents attend the initial case history appointment.
